Sitedesk Limited is an independent software developer based in Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire. It was founded in 2013 and provides a fast, flexible collaborative environment for managing digital building information for digital, BIM or traditional construction projects.

Sitedesk software is a collaborative SaaS application delivering powerful 3D visualisation and management of digital building information.  Sitedesk makes managing digital and BIM construction projects easier, faster, cheaper and more efficient, by making information easy to access, manage and monitor, anytime and from anywhere, without the need for external consultants or IT intervention.

The company is backed by investors including a 10% investment by Greater Manchester Combined Authority. Its management team has deep knowledge of software and services, extensive experience in developing collaborative and construction project management solutions, and a track record of supporting the construction and engineering sector in the UK and internationally.

Richard joined Sitedesk in June 2017 with more than 30 years’ experience building and managing teams that develop construction software solutions. He was co-founder and former CTO of Asta Development plc. He has a talent for understanding and translating complex industry and user requirements into easy-to-use product features.

Michael McCullen

Chairman

Michael joined Sitedesk in July 2015. He was formerly Chairman of Asta Development plc, a leading international project management software business, of which he was a co-founder. As managing director he was responsible for the growth strategy and ultimate sale of that business in 2006, and sat on the board of its new parent company, Eleco plc, until founding his own consultancy practice in 2015. Michael holds a Computer Science degree and an MBA.
